Otherwise, the Wi-Fi booster in the Connect 2.0 works OK, but its like every other Wi-Fi extender, it can be tempremental and if it’s a low bandwidth or weak signal to begin with, the booster isn’t much help. My thinking now is to keep on using our phones for data under our unlimited plan and when getting to an area with a weak signal, signing up for the pay-as-you-go plan with Winegard. They offer different tiers for example you can get 10 GBs good for a month for $60. The ConnecT 2.0 comes with a pre-installed SIM it’s a special pay-as-you-go plan with AT&T offered through Winegard. If youre an FMCA member, you can get a plan with Verizon at $50 a month for 25 GB of data, but thats for a hot spot and I have not figured out if the SIM card will work with the Winegard. AT&T wants $70 a month for 15 GB of data, last I checked. However, I checked into different wireless plans and they’re all very expensive, unless you’re fulltiming in the RV. Then the shutdown came so we weren’t able to continue with the long trip we had planned to CA. We picked up our new RV on March 4 and drove it to our house in TN a few days later. Well, i cant really tell you much about the 4G/LTE service. Thanks again, for pointing out these plans. I’m thinking that this could last us for a year if we continue using our phones whenever we get a signal that’s strong enough for streaming, calls, etc., and only use the 100 GBs in areas of weak signal to take advantage of the MIMO antennas in the ConnecT 2.0. I’m really interested in the annual plan of 100 GBs for $325. In the link you sent me, there are prepaid plans for RVs, which are more expensive, but I suspect will probably work with the ConnecT 2.0. If so, you’d only lose the $34.99, which is no big deal.

On the other hand, it’s possible that one could install the SIM card for such a plan in the ConnecT 2.0 and it would work, though probably in violation of AT&T’s terms of use, meaning that you could be subject to disconnection. I doubt that the $34.99 for 25 GB plan will work work with the ConnecT 2.0–these plans are for mobile devices, like tablets which can accept a SIM card. I hadn’t seen these plans before and no one at AT&T had mentioned them before. I wouldn't want him to come here looking for help only to get chewed out by the forum cop.Thanks.

My buddy switched email systems years ago from Yahoo to Hotmail so his email with the reg code is long gone. I also know this forum is not for this product but I don't know where else to turn. Yes Yes I know Tricersoft is out of business and has disappeared (sources say something about a lawsuit). The kid downloaded Just Karaoke 2.0 which my buddy had been using but there was no key. The kid didn't backup anything or make an image of the disk just in case of problems. However, it wasn't an was a friggin wipe and reload.

He let his kid upgrade his Karaoke laptop from Win7 to Win10. I am an IT guy (retired now) and my best buddy does Karaoke.
