I like it better than Windows Snipping Tool.Me: I'm afraid I simply don't understand what you're saying. I do that for Win+S which is hot key for full/partial screen snips via MicroSoft's OneNote. One has to add the FN and/or the Shift key for those 3rd party hot keys. Me: I have now spent two days constantly rebooting, trying everything, rebooting, trying eveything, and so on. Did you reboot after to refresh clipmate? If it did not work, then I doubt that wp is to blame. Me: The zoom function isn't exactly wonderful. Doug Loudenback and I are in Oklahoma City. The map is a hyperlink where you can add yourself and see where others are in the world. I've experienced no significant problems since the upgrade. Oh yes: I forgot to mention I'm running W10 Home (since 29 July) (the problem began yesterday or the day before, say 8 August). What part of WP might be causing this? Have I changed a setting without realizing the consequences?Īny ideas would be appreciated, even unconstructive ones if they cheer me up! The only common factor I have been able to establish is that WP X6 is running. This problem arises whatever the program I wish to paste into.
As soon as I select a number of clips and hit the Up arrow to activate powerpaste to paste starting at the bottom of the list (the Down arrow works analogously), all that happens is that I can see the selection running up the list, followed by the sound signifying that the end of the selection has been reached. I have established that this only happens when WP X6 is running, which is inconvenient as it is in WP that I do all my work… Everything else in Clipmate works, only powerpaste doesn’t. My favourite feature is ‘powerpaste’, which lets you select any clips from the list and paste them in, one by one, as and where you need them, simply by hitting Ctrl-V.Ī couple of days ago this suddenly stopped working. I’ve been using Thornsoft's Clipmate clipboard extender for years and years. Sadly the Clipmate forum is now defunct, however - and anyway I think my problem may have something to do with WP.
