Also, if you have trouble with pixelation, grab the latest version of Plex Media Server directly from Plex. If you’ve been using it on Roku, for example, try getting it on Android. Do you have ShowBox installed on your Android device, Fire TV, or Roku Try moving to a different platform. As soon as possible, the service should be restored.
